GRAPHICS GUIDELINES

We accept PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop files
(be sure to include all links and fonts if applicable). For most jobs, a high resolution PDF is the best option. Submitting a PDF will ensure that there will be no font or link issues and will give you a review of exactly what will be printed. In most cases, a PDF is a smaller file size which allows for faster upload times to our FTP. We prefer that you submit a flat TIFF file at 150 dpi at finished size for large format photo-imaging.

• We recommend using Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign as the primary layout program.

• 150 dpi at full size is ideal– any higher is counter-productive.

• Create large layouts such as murals or trade show displays as a single page or image.

• When the graphic is larger than the artboard in the application you are using, work at a proportionate size and adjust the resolution to equal 150 dpi at full size for raster art. Because vector art can be resized to any size, simply scale it down proportionately and specify the final size.

• No bleeds or crop marks are necessary.

• Convert text to outlines or include fonts used in the layout and include all linked images.

• TIFF and raster EPS files should be in 8 bit CMYK color mode.

COLOR MATCHING

Our digital printing process allows us to match Pantone or any other specified colors within 5%. Please provide a color sample or specify PMS colors for matching.
